How do I sign in to hosted Webmail?

Webmail is for email hosted through Nexus. Mailbox access and infrastructure administration are distinct.

Before you start

You need an existing mailbox and the sign-in information supplied by its administrator.

What to do

  1. Open Webmail from the ecosystem menu.
  2. Follow the sign-in screen shown for the hosted email service.
  3. Use the exact mailbox identity required by the mailbox prompt.
  4. Wait for the mailbox folders to finish loading.

What happens next

You can access the mailbox authorised by those credentials.

If something goes wrong

A Yasa profile or Nexus invitation does not itself create a mailbox. Ask the mailbox administrator to check the address if access is refused.
