What to do
- Open Manage website and confirm the domain and environment.
- Use Files or SFTP for the supported file operation.
- For an agent, open MCP and use Copy for agent for that exact resource.
- Keep the copied connection private and use its supported tools.
What happens next
The connection operates within the current resource assignment.
If something goes wrong
Production and staging connections are separate. If access fails, check assignment and connection state; never share the token publicly or use another customer connection.
