What to do
- Confirm the hosting account and domain before opening Databases or Mail.
- Review existing databases, mail domains and accounts before creating another.
- Use the supported fields for the intended database or mailbox operation.
- Verify the saved resource and, for mail, its DNS and delivery requirements with the domain administrator.
What happens next
The hosting inventory shows the accepted database or mail resource.
If something goes wrong
Creating a mailbox does not itself prove public mail delivery works. Do not replace database credentials or mail DNS records without checking the affected applications and current recovery information.
