Before you start
Sign in with the account you intend to edit.
What to do
- Open Account from the ecosystem menu or the personal account link.
- Open the profile settings and edit the available personal fields.
- Save and wait for the confirmation before leaving.
- Reopen the profile to confirm the saved values.
What happens next
Connected apps can display the updated shared profile. Company and shop-specific details remain separate.
If something goes wrong
If another session changed the profile, reload the latest saved values before trying again. Do not create a second profile to work around a conflict.
