You need the relevant team or project membership.
What to do
- Open Account and choose Projects and teams.
- Select the intended workspace or project context.
- Review the team preferences and controls available to your current role.
- Use Hercules for the actual project tasks and collaboration.
What happens next
You can keep team preferences and task work in their appropriate places.
If something goes wrong
A personal Account setting does not grant project membership. Ask the project owner about missing access rather than recreating the project.
